John Garfield (March 4, 1913 – May 21, 1952) was one of the more popular leading men of the 1940s. He died of complications from long-term heart problems at the young age of 39. Over 10,000 people attended his funeral.

Great picture of John and great actor. Remember seeing him in a couple of films., Four Daughters (1938) and he was also in Body and Soul (1947). Sadly we lost him at a young age 39 years old due to long-term heart complications. That was wonderful that so many people could attend his funeral. Rest in Peace John. You are greatly missed, but will never be forgotten.?????
