I only a saw a scene from this but it’s so dark and violent. It draws attention to a seedy, dark, underbelly of human trafficking. I’ve never watched it except for one scene with my father telling me what it it’s about. I like Joaquin Pheonix as an actor, if you do too then check it out.
I really like Phoenix, and Johnny Greenwood scores,and I thought the film was ok. Definitely hard to watch especially on a date….
With such a great actor and music score I wish the director would of done a better job with the movie overall. I’ve watched it once and if I watch again it would only be for the score and visuals of the movie.
