Yay Eddie!
Mind if I ask, How long did this take and how much did it cost?
Starting a retaining wall build with this same block this week if the weather holds up. Honestly not looking forward to it, but looking forward to the end result
Where can I get these blocks from I live in wales
Dude. You’re killing it. Hopefully your chest is all good now.
Why didn’t you use mortar to bond the blocks?
this whole project has been incredible to watch … absolutely amazing and GINORMOUS learning experience. So glad the Perkins Brothers brought attention this way. All the vids on this project are good rewatching tooo
Excellent video 👍
👍👍
👍👍👍👍👍👍. Thank you
What battery powered caulking gun did you use?
I done my retainer wall by myself with those 75lbs block sure is a work out especially I have wheel them in 40 feet. Cutting the corner caps sure is tricky I think I have to redo few of them. Those lights are nice, wish your video was done four years ago, I sure can learn from that. Thanks!
Very well done!
I am extremely concerned about the drainage. All of that money into every other element, and then skimping and using corrugated pipe. If you didn't compromise the structure of that pipe with your compactors, the weight of materials, and then driving your skid over the whole thing, I would be surprised. But on top of that, you didn't use a soil separator to ensure that your aggregate wouldn't clog your pipes. The stone will help, but that asphalt is like clay. Maybe you installed a cleanout? I didn't see it covered. The last we see of the pipe is open-ended at one end before it is buried. Hopefully it will be alright for a few years, but for long-term, the corrugated is going to fail.
No soil stabilizer?
Wow, great job. Huge space. Great video, thanks!
That’s like level 💯 DIY! 😒
Perkins brothers concrete
When i saw the model of the patio I actually said wow out loud.
what's up with the hat?
Why use CMU ? structurally inefficient
how much did u pay for a gravel of this size? are these materials also marked up same as lumber is? also can u share the price of these wall blocks? are they expensive? im looking at lowes and the price is around $4-5 with these whole in them
What was the spacing from one light to the next? In other words how apart you place the lights
With corner posts; you could make permanent and beautiful raised garden beds. I want those in US.
Bro way to technical when u brought out that lazer boy out
