Not an easy challenge! Great job.
Vanity really clashes, hate that you even did this. It really seems beneath you quality-wise, but you do you. Still love your content. Maybe redo the vanity next time.
Rut Roh….FAIL! I don't see a supply line leading to the toilet! (GOTCHA!) Is the supply and drain hooked to the sink yet? Other than there'd be a rather grotesque outcome if someone tries to use it, the bathroom looks outstanding. The panda color scheme works nicely.
that toilet doesn't look hooked up – the water line is pretty far from where it's mounted (if it's mounted)
I’d say it’s a 99.5%
Evidently the only lawyer that doesn’t know about the white lady
Can’t wait to see it finally finished🎉 plus that mirror is ugly but make a burned wood frame for it it’ll match the shelves also maybe paint the floor the matte black and the sink well it is what it is.
You’re spending however much on your master and cheating out on crappy Home Depot vanities for this one? Is this sponsored, because if it is, you should have said so from the get-go! I know what those vanities are like! You just lost my trust, fella.
Not you best work but for under $2k, it’s a masterpiece.
exposed 2×6 side was definitely the way to go, great reminder of the floor color
The point of your 24 hr challenge was to get a lot of work done quickly, so I think it was a huge success. Well done!
You should be a patent litigator! Late nights!
Wouldn’t it have been more efficient to paint the panelling black and the walls white first (before attaching the panelling to the wall) and while those dried installing the floor? Or is there some reno reason for not doing that.
no to benjaminmoore, it’s way too expensive for only a slightly better quality from kellymoore, not rlly worth it, especially on big projects, it’s adds up, way to fast
While I find the amount of work in the time frame impressive , I can see that the water line to the toilet is not connected . I'm wondering if the water is connected to the sink as well .
Nice work, dude! That j-channel detail on the paneling turned out nice!
Can’t wait when you make your own bathroom vanity an mirror surround
hahaha it counts but at the same time it doesn't 😅
Personal relationship aside and speaking purely as a viewer – you and Cat had the chemistry of an ice planet.
Project looks good and wish y'all the best.
I love my Ariat work boots. My steel toe Ariat cowboy work boots have held up great. Not changing to any other work boot.
can I ask if there's a reason you can't do the painting before the panels are glued up?
I think the 24 hr timer should pause while you sleep so you're rested and less likely to make mistakes.
Who cares if it took 24 or 25 hours still a short period of time to get a room off the check list! An amazing job at low price and done by putting yourself to a challenge.
Do I think you made the 24 hour challenge? No; but I'd argue there wasn't a point to that anyways. You did a great renovation in a day! I did wonder why you hand brushed the bathroom instead of using a paint sprayer? I feel that might have saved some time. But overall great work!
I'm sure you did, but since it wasn't addressed in the video, did you finish the ends of the shelves?
Hi Cam! As for making the 24 hour mark, yes you made it. The shopping shouldn’t count.
Don't count ha
Paint the ends of the shelves please. Looks good though. I personally think it would
Look better black because the walls are black.
mad props for your skills and content, but this was a disaster. Everything was so cheap-ish and lacked any creativity or craftsmanship like everything else you do. The shluter over the panels was a nice though.
Make a whole video out of the mirror frame. Using the flooring is perfect. The colors and tie-in will be awesome.
Close enough…great effort. Looks very good for a budget build…great selections and cost-effective WOW factor!
Man…I don't even know if I could stay awake for 24 hours. Nice job! That frame around the mirror will really help 👍
Is hanging toilets really just a European thing?
HATE! 😆 That's what ya get for going to lunch.
I think if you were to do this again, why not pre-plan more?
You did demo the space before hand after-all, but spent time on shopping, could have pre-painted the panels before installation, could have hung artwork instead of making shelves.
Also, waterproofing may be required in certain regions, even in powder rooms.
Little frustrating, but great content as always.
It is about as useful as a bathroom at IKEA, nothing is hoked up, total fail
It counts. We all know it wouldn't take more than an hour to do the rest.
Good content man, and great try. No credit for the 24 hour renovation.
Great job. You looked vary tired.
For a little over 1K and 24 hours it looks great, I've seen worse bathrooms for a lot more $$$ and time. Great job.
Nailed it!
Loved the finished room. Felt really apprehensive when you were picking those paint colours, but it comes together really well at the end.
This whole video edit reminds me heaps of Australian renovation reality series “The Block”.
Let’s see, we have: participants getting up against their will early in the morning, tight delivery timeline, tight budget, trip to a hardware store, sponsor placements, stock availability issues, painting at midnight, extreme fatigue, and capping it off with an amazing reveal that defies your worries about not finishing in time.
Love it!
