Drawer runners are best fitted BEFORE cabinet assembly but if not viable, put the cabinet on its side and mark out the runner positions, square them up and screw them into position.

So you have a channel to make expensive custom shop furniture that few can afford unless they have a Youtube channel and sponsers to show their product off while they make expensive shop furniture. Not a real world shop, just an over the top glam shop that makes nothing!

Do you buy your plywood directly from Vendor? I live in NC also and would love to save on my builds. Homedepot plywood is so much better than Lowe's.
Any alternatives to the drawer slides? They're all unavailable for purchase anymore.
Those wheels are the worst, since you do one at a time the whole structure creaks and over time will weaken. Bad for the structural integrity of the table.

Make the corner t track yourself. They cost $30 a set, that top he built has almost $400 of those corner sets. Great build though.

The design calls for 3/4" plywood, which is not exactly 3/4" (at least here in Canada). You'll have to trim the excess of the systainer cabinet back (Sys Cab Back Plywood) and cut down the center cabinet divider if you want an actual fit. @craftedworkshop Great design though, it will be a beautiful addition to my shop 🙂
I really want a T-Track table, but the cost is pretty substantial. Maybe I'll build one out of hardwood strips, then fill the extra space with plywood.

Sometimes referring to YouTube can incur overly complicated builds and I haven’t even budgeted a build like this, however anybody that is a garage guy, weekend warrior part time wood worker or builder can benefit from such a unique and beautiful table.

Basically went on a binge watching all your videos. I've been debating on a laminated workbench top like this or a torsion box to try and make sure it stays flat. Since you've had this for awhile now, how has it held up??
Great video and build! I just followed your plans to build it myself and it turned out great with the exception of the t-track slots that I kind of butchered.
Also fyi, I tried your suggestion about using blocks and lag screws so I could put the systainer cabinets right at the bottom, but that held up for all of 10 minutes so I had to revert back to the way you did it in the video.

Pre-drill the holes in the T-track at the drill press to avoid the anxiety of getting off-center if you don't have a self-centering bit.
WHAT ABOUT YOUR DUST COLLECTOR PORT ON THE TABLE SAW? HOW DID YOU ADJUST TO ALLOW IT TO BE CONNECTED AND THE OUTFEED UP AGAINST THE SAW?
Realize this is an older video however I purchased these plans and finished this build. For the most part followed the plans and this video. I've held off on installing all of the 14" sliding systainer trays as I don't have enough to currently fill the space and want to leave myself some flexibility. Also want to say that the plans were well written and put together. As some have mentioned, do put together a shopping list before you embark on this project. It can get expensive if you use all the hardware that he shows although it’s not all necessary.

Can this plan be adapted for the Sawstop contractor saw? The motor hands out of the back end of the saw.
Hey Johnny, love the table. I’d like to implement some aspects into the outfeed/assembly table I’m about to build, most specifically the t-track set up. My question for you, having this table for a couple years now, do the tracks ever make assembly less than ideal? Do you ever wish the table was just fully flat rather than having the gaps caused by the t track?

How far apart is the t-track spaced? After using it for a while, would you space it the same?
