My primary care physician is a native of southern Californian. She told me this story: As a teenager she worked at an Osco Drug in the 1970’s. Frequently, they had celebrities come in to shop; most of whom were decent people. Except for one. TL would show up, demand employees do this and that, yell at people, and be completely obnoxious etc. Apparently, as soon as an employee would spot her, they would do whatever it took to avoid her.
