I guess it's just called a sandpaper eraser
This is also how you clean your griptape for any skaters
You can also use it for your hand sander. Does nothing to it. Nice and clean 😅

And if you don't have such earaser cured silicone sealant works just as good. You can cut an old opened sealant tube that turned solid or if you have some left in the tube and you know you won't use it soon just squeeze it into a cup or something and let it get solid.
