Never attach vinyl directly to subfloor, it needs to have its own underlayment.
Next time remove the baseboard trim before tiling. Then reinstall trim when you're done and you won't need the ugly quarter round shoe molding 😀

Home owner got me some ready mixed tile adhesive and it's been two days the tiles still move around whyyyyy
Great video. Very informative and clear. Especially where you spread adhesive to the tile. I would have gone wrong there as would have put it on in all directions. Glad you showed your mistakes so we can all learn a lot from them.
Looks great. My floor I'm laying tiles on to isn't very level so hope to add more adhesive to maintain a level ground. Fingers crossed shall go ok.

Having just removed the vinyl flooring off the concrete slab in my bathroom, you should be very grateful that both those layers of vinyl were not glued down. I believe your demo took a tenth of the time and no water, no vinyl layer, vinyl backing layer and no glue goo layers. I'll take nice and dry any day. Plus I had to buy a wallpaper steamer. $55.00 You lucked out. Staples Smaples, they are easier on the hands than scraping endlessly. Well done on the staples. The first thing I notices in your video was that crooked box, but hey, your end project is exquisite. Beautiful job. Really Thank you.

In the beginning when he's pulling up the vinyl product it is attached to Lawan that is the subfloor and that is typical for the sheet good installation like vinyl
