When square footage is tight, it helps if statement pieces are both charming BestTiny.House and useful. An old wood-burning stove brings a vintage vibe to new construction and also heats the entire place.

This house build is part of my Saturday morning breakfast routine. And I love it.
Ok, I'm going to shoot for some constructive criticism here. When you're doing the voice over you don't have to keep repeating yourself. You can just say "I added Zip tape on the top edge." You don't need to keep indicating that you're talking about "the flashing" we, the viewer, all ready know that.
